Who handles your data

Forge Digital is run by Rosen Raykov, who is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: forge.digital.eu@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, and, if you add them, phone number, company, topic and message.

The site sets no cookies and doesn't track you across websites. To see how many people visit, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymous page views (page, referring site, country and city, device and browser) without cookies and without storing your IP address. Like any website, the hosting server also briefly records technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general questions, our legitimate interest in answering them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Who else receives it

The message is delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, and stored in Google's Gmail. The site and its visit statistics are hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

How long we keep it

If no work follows from your inquiry, we delete it within 12 months. If we work together, we keep it as long as the project and legal obligations, such as accounting rules, require.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to give it to you in a portable format. Write to forge.digital.eu@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), www.cpdp.bg.
